Stephen Scott, Co-Founder & Operator
Stephen Scott grew up in Loveland, Colorado, one of ten kids in a family where a strong work ethic was instilled early. One of four entrepreneurs among his siblings, building something of his own was never a question of if.
He co-founded Summit Visual Studios with his brother on a shared conviction: homes deserve to be captured the way people actually feel them. Years behind a camera shaped his eye, but the standard came from how he was raised.
Today, Stephen brings that standard to every listing in Northern Colorado. Quality is the marketing. Every shoot gets his full attention, because the agent's name is on the listing and his is on the work.
Abel Scott, Co-Founder & CFO
Abel Scott is the oldest of ten kids out of Loveland, Colorado, raised loud, outside, and never short on someone to talk into an adventure.
He fell into accounting right out of high school and never left. Not for the spreadsheets, but for what good numbers do for people. He still loves handing a client books clear enough to navigate their life by, and he runs the business side of Summit Visual Studios the same way.
Behind the camera he shoots stills. Wildlife is where that sharpened: cold mornings, long waits, taking the shot the second it shows up. Homes are a different subject, same discipline. When he's not working, he's on the bike somewhere in Northern Colorado.
