Land needs aerial context and most listings never get it. We fly Part 107 licensed, so the drone work is legal, insured, and usable. No Location Fee anywhere in the county, which means a ranch on the far east side costs the same as a house in town.

Boulder listings get compared against architectural photography whether the agent planned for it or not. The northern half of the county sits inside our free zone. Boulder itself and Broomfield are just past the hour mark at fifty dollars, which is close enough to nothing that it should never decide whether you call.

Urban listings, downtown lofts, and personal brand video for agents who want something that does not look like every other agent in the metro. The Location Fee here is $175, charged once per trip rather than once per property. Two shoots in the same day makes it $87.50 each, which is why we always ask whether you have a second listing or an office mate who needs one.

We do not drive a camera two and a half hours to shoot a standard listing. Mountain work is short term rental work: property launches, galleries built for booking platforms, lifestyle video, and the assets that make a property outperform its comps. Summit STR clients pay 75 percent of the standard Location Fee.

Our closest mountain market and one of the strongest short term rental economies in the state. Elk in the front yard is a marketing asset and most listings waste it completely. At under an hour from base the fee is $40, which should never factor into whether you book.

The most competitive rental inventory in Colorado, where nearly every property looks identical in a thumbnail. The job here is separation, and both winter and summer galleries matter. $490 per trip, split across properties when a management company books more than one.

Beyond the range where a flat number is honest. These are planned multi-day engagements built around several properties rather than one, quoted once we know the dates and the scope. Lodging billed at cost with receipts, never marked up.

Everything above 8,000 feet is short term rental work. If you own or manage a property up there, that is the conversation to have.
Our practical day-trip range is about two and a half hours from Loveland. Past 90 minutes there is a $1,500 minimum on the media itself, because a drive that long uses a full production day. Booking more than one shoot in the same trip is always the cheaper way to work with us.
One number, quoted before you book, added to the invoice as a single line. We do not itemize mileage, we do not bill drive time separately, and we do not add anything after the fact. Anything inside 45 minutes is free, and anything inside an hour is fifty dollars.
